1996 PGI Pictures

These pictures were all taken during the Florida Pyrotechnic Arts Guild opening show at the 1996 PGI convention. The pictures were taken on Kodak 200 print film using a Nikon 6006 camera. The camera was tripod mounted, and exposures were manual - in the extreme. A piece of cardboard covered with black velvet was held in front of the lens. The shutter was opened using a cable release, and the exposure was done by removing the card and then replacing it. Then the shutter was closed. This technique results in no camera shake.
